This week's tempo will be self-guided. A lot of the Harriers (including coaches) will be away for the Breckenridge weekend, but meet up as usual (and after for drinks) if you're here. At 6:35 pm, head out for the normal warmup mile. After you're done, you can get into your workout.
The main workout for this week is:
1 mile @EZp (group warmup)
2-5 miles @HMp (slower if you're not really training for anything right now)
1 mile @EZp
Tempo Thursday is always free and open to all runners. No need to register in advance, just show up!
Meet at Highland Bridge & Platte St (Denver). We’ll head out for warmups together at 6:35, then go through the workouts. Meet afterward at Cerveceria Colorado (Denver Beer Co) for drinks and cheer.
