For our August long run we will be staying up in the hills, but this time we will be down here Pine, CO off of 285. We are headed to the Buffalo Creek Trailhead.

This will be an out and back along Buffalo Creek Road #543. This is a dirt forest service road and will be an out and back run. Our standard is 10 miles, but if you are looking for more the road runs 5.8 miles each way or there are a tons of trail that crossover.

Afterwards we will meet up in Pine Junction at Coffee Bean & Bakery for breakfast. https://www.coffeebeannbakery.net/ The bakery is located at 16 Mt Evans Blvd, Pine, CO 80470, but if you just head north along Pine Valley Road you will run into it.
