For this Monday’s trail run, we’ll meet at the Rooney Road Trailhead at the western foot of Green Mountain in Lakewood and head out for a steady state tempo run. You can find the route here.

Afterwards, we’ll drop by Green Mountain Beer Company for a beverage or two.
