That’s right, the Harriers are heading out on the trails! For our first Monday trail run, we’ll meet at the Rooney Road Trailhead at the western foot of Green Mountain in Lakewood. We’ll kick off the season with a mellow 6-mile run up and down via the Box of Rocks trail to work on our all-day pace

Afterwards, we’ll drop by Green Mountain Beer Company for a cheeky pint.
