Welcome to the August edition of the Colorado Harriers' Sunday Long Run. This month we are heading up to Silver Plume to get some last minute high altitude training in before Devil on the Divide. As per usual the standard distance will be 10 miles, but do as long or short a run as you would like.

We will be meeting up on Mountain St. When you get off of 70 make the left under the highway and turn right to find the parking.

From there we will head west on the road to the Argentine Central Railroad Grade Trail. You will take this for about 4 miles where you will hit a fork in the road. At this point stay right and continue for your desired halfway point. This is an out and back so head back down the trail to the parking at the 5 mile point.

After the run we will meet up at Plume Coffee Bar at Main and Silver Streets in Silver Plume!
