Come one, come all for the 12 Laps of Trackmas, led by coach & PT, Sarah Zimmer. This will be the final "track workout" of the season with a definite holiday twist. Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, all holiday attire is highly suggested and encouraged.
We will start at 6:30 with a few warm up drills (as always) and then into the workout around 6:45. It will be 12 laps of running total. In between each, we'll add another exercise in the style of the 12 Days of Christmas... 4 mountain climbers, 3 jumping lunges, 2....(you get the idea).
After gettin’ swole like Santa, we’ll head to On & Off Cafe (32nd & Zuni) for some breakfast and coffee.
