Come one, come all for the 12 Laps of Trackmas, led by coach & PT, Sarah Ceschin. This will be the final "track workout" of the season with a definite holiday twist. Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, all holiday attire is highly suggested and encouraged.
We will start at 6:30 with a few warm up drills (as always) and then get right into the workout. It will be 12 laps of running total. In between each, we'll add another exercise in the style of the 12 Days of Christmas... 4 mountain climbers, 3 jumping lunges, 2....(you get the idea).
