Yep! On Tuesday we're hosting workouts in both Boulder and Denver. A lot of us have recently raced. So we just want to focus on slowly getting the legs back into a gear, and hitting a soft landing into the holidays. This week we'll do a 5-mile-ish run in three parts: easy - tempo - easy. We'll meet at the Boulder Bandshell and do three out-and-backs along the Boulder Creek Path. Then we'll drink beer to celebrate our accomplishments!
